I cannot get the Avery Berkel 6720 scale to work with RMS. Does anyone have instructions on how to install it to work with RMS? The scale works fine with the test program. I appreciate your help in advance.

Have you contacted your RMS partner for help? This is something that should your partner who may extensive knowledge and experience setting up RMS with your scale. Depending on what you plan to use the scale for you may also need to consider the possiblity of an add-on software that provides a tighter integration with more features and functionality.
