941 Quaterly report error

Hi, 
 We have a customer receiving the following error message when trying to print their 941 Quaterly preparation reports. They have installed both the tax and code updates.    
Unhandled script exception. Illegal address for field COBRA Premium Total in script 941_Generate Script terminated 
 We checked security for the 941 reports, everything has been marked. What else should we be looking at?

Have you applied the ltest service pack?

Is the report modified? If so, maybe check any calculated fields in th report to make sure they are OK.
