Good morning,

We have a job that used to run every two ours. it will export data to the database BYOW.

We have installed version 14 and refreshed the entities and it stopped working. We know there is a bug with the version.

A. I am not sure which one of all the fixes, is the one we need.

B. I am not even sure if it is related.

When I open the log, here is what I get.

Infolog for task 'Export process: <$job name>
An error occurred while processing batch job 'Export process: <$job name>'
Batch task failed: An error occurred while processing batch job 'Export process: <$job name>'
End of task log

any ideas?

Hi AstridMalanka,

As Sergei said, hotfix for this issue is included in the latest QU package, so you need to install it.

Hi AstridMalanka,

Yes, it's related to the critical bug announced by MS in 10.0.14. You need to install the latest QU package to fix the issue (it's a highly recommended approach as there is also another bug fixed) or create new export batch jobs. Old export BYOD batch jobs are not working on the first GA version because of incorrect implementation of pack\unpack patter for BYOD export batch job.
