So I have a requirement to retrieve any attachment that has been moved to the Azure Blob (via the MS Labs Attachment Management solution) and put them back into their related record In D365.

Does anyone know how I can retrieve and restore them, please?

I think you could use the Azure Storage Explorer tool - azure.microsoft.com/.../
