Hi Nagendra,
What you’re experiencing usually happens with the free trial / developer environments that Microsoft provides for learning. These trial environments automatically expire after a set number of days (typically 30) unless they are renewed. When that happens, the environment goes into a disabled state and any Dynamics 365 apps tied to it will also show as inactive.
A couple of things you can try:
Check the Power Platform Admin Center – log in at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com. From there, see if your environment is marked as expired or disabled.
Renew or create a new environment – If this is a trial, you can usually extend it once, but after that you may need to spin up a fresh environment to keep practicing. If you’re using the free Developer Plan, you can re-provision another environment under that plan.
Use the Microsoft 365 Developer Program – If you plan to keep learning long-term, I’d recommend signing up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. It gives you a renewable tenant and makes it easier to work with Power Platform and Dynamics without your environment disappearing.
Unfortunately, once a trial environment is deactivated, the data inside it often can’t be recovered unless you extend it before it fully expires.
Hope this helps you get back up and running quickly!
