How to get currently active page name or id to a variable in AL , in Business Central

Hi,

I want to to get the currently active page ID or Name in business central into a variable. 

example : if a user opens a Customer Page , i need to get that name of the page ("Customer Card") into a variable in my code unit. 

is there a Global variable or a method to get information of currently active page ?

    Hi,, you can use the Page.ObjectId(true) procedure. It can also be used with the CurrPage.ObjectId(true) which will return the caption of the currently logged in page. Similar procedures exist for other object types as well if required.
