Shipping note to include serial number

Hello
I would like to have the shipping note (delivery note) that we print and send to the customer to also include the serial number of the item. Is a customisation required to do this?

    While most don't, there are a few out of the box reports that have the ability to show serial numbers. For posted sales shipments, these include reports 208 and 1308. If you're not using these, then you will have to customize your report to display serial numbers.

    If you can provide the report id you need printed I can look into the standard code. Sorry I didn't find the report you mentioned. But if you have tried that and it doesn't work then this will need to be custom.

    If you're using report ID 208, then that's one of the few reports that includes the ability to display serial numbers out of the box. You simply need to select 'Show Serial Numbers' when running the report.
