Default description about sales packing slip ledger

Dear everyone,

I setup default description for Sales order - packing slip, ledger.

(%5 - %4 - %3 Sales order - packing slip, ledger)

But %3 - ledger voucher is empty.

%5 - Order account and %4 - Sales order is displayed normally.

I try to customize code in initTransactionTxt of SalesPackingSlipJournalPost.

Unlucky, my code is not executed.

Could you advise me where's customize location for this function?
