Dynamics AX 2012, we are using 3 VM's to host the WMS Site, and using a simple round robin load balancing to distribute
the user session across the 3 servers. is there any view in AX or other method to determine and confirm what server a particular user session
was assigned to ?

You can see sessions under Warehouse Management >Waves>Work user Sessions

Never Tried, but i think with customization you will able to get Server name in to same form.
