One User Cannot Send E-Mail on Behalf of Another

Posted on by 3,480

Hi:

All users can send e-mails from within Business Central.

One user, however, receives the error message below upon trying to e-mail a posted sales invoice to another user within the same domain.

Why?

Thanks!

John

Hi, Just one possibility, If the Account Type is Current User, does the user not have a license for Office?

    For example,

In addition, this issue has been mentioned in CRM, looks like a user permission issue, and I hope it can give you some tips.
