Registration screen will not open SL 2011

I am upgrading from SL 7.0fp1 to sl 2011 after updating the system and application databases I logged into SL as sysadmin, but it will not lauch the the registration screen 9525000. Any suggestions?

The registration screen will open with a new system database created in SL2011 but not with the updated database from SL7 fp1

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

    Hi Edward,

    Do you get any errors when trying to launch the screen?   Is this the only screen that you cannot launch?

    Have you tried to launch the screen from the server or another workstation or logged in as Sysadmin?

    I do not receive an error message when I launch the screen.  When I try launching the other screens I receive a trailloc please register module message.  This has been attempted when logged in as the sysadmin and user from the server.

    Hi Joel,

    You could try deleting from the three tables below and then re-entering the registration information;

    Delete from registration

    Delete from registdetail

    Delete from SLdata

    The solution I came up with was creating a new system db and adding my application db to the new system db domain table.  I then updated the views and security was then  able to open registration normally
