I am doing the layout of our purchase order. But 2 of 3 of the addresses in the head of the document have an empty line. The adress on the document only has 5 lines so the country of the address is not shown, which also is a big problem. I already checked if there is a space in the address 2 line in business central itself. Does anyone know why this line is shown even though there is no string to be shown.

I found the problem.
I looked in 'country and regions' and changed the address format of the country (in this case germany).

Thanks for the quick response.
I checked it and it is set correctly (not the "blanc line" option is selected. That's why the companies address is presented correctly (see picture). Is there an option to select wether the shipping or customer address is displayed with a blank line?

Hi,
if your data is not available in the Address2 and if you are using array then you can use Compress Array.

Can you check for us the General Ledger Setup and the Local Address format
Point: This does affect your output on merge documents
