Good day every one.

I´m creating new colors at HQ, for one of my articles, doing all the steps, dimensions, price, etc.

At the moment of the aplication the sistem says, the article must be unique, and point as new and duplicate one of the colors that we use for 5 years, so not is new and not is created twice. How can ai fix it. Thank´s a lot

Articles I guess means Items. Item LookUpCodes can not be duplicated. Look into Alias and into Inactive Items.

Look for an alias with the same info.
