Error coming in some users ssrs report opening

at Report server this error is coming.Error is coming some time some time reports are opening.

AXRDCE The AXRDCE extension caught an unexpected exception for report ProdReport.Copy2OfReport.
The error message was:

    Hi Sanjay

    1. Check if the sevice is running

    2. Check the service account has sufficient permission in the report server

    3. Try restarting the AOS

    4. Try rebuilding and compiling the report.

    Kindly verify if this answers your question.
