Hi All,

Can anyone help me to find out, what is the maximum sql database size of CRM 2015 online?. Please share any blogs or links containing with the information.

you mean to say that now there is no limit of 50GB as such? If yes then there must be some limit........do you have any idea what is the updated size?

to my understanding, there's now no practical limit, as long as you're willing to pay for the storage.

If i am not wrong then default size is 5GB after that we have to purchase additional space depending upon the number of user. I think its 2.5GB per user. But as you said there is no upper limit so we can purchase for as much size as required?

Correct. And you will get notifications in advance of running out of storage space, so you can buy it as-needed and save some money, as opposed to buying all your storage at once.

Just take into account that it takes some time to get the DB expanded, so if you're growing quickly, you might need to buy larger chunks than the default to avoid downtime.

Hello Samit,

The default storage size you get with the Out Of Box CRM Org is 5 GB.

You can buy the additional storage space, and increment the storage space as per your requirement.

In case you need more information on the storage space in online Org then I would suggest you to get in touch with the O365 billing team.
