Integration between salesforce and Microsoft D365

Can you please advise how I would integrate invoices, Sales order, product catalog and pricing etc. between salesforce and Microsoft D365? What APIs of Salesforce and Dynamic365 helps in integration without using any other external integration tool? Are there special problems on failure or edge case scenario to worry about?

I'm not sure if you found a right solution or not, but Aonflow may be a good choice for integration between Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
