Physical Inventory at Store and HQ

If I perform a Physical Inventory at the store level and commit changes to the item quantities in the database, do these changes get pushed to HQ at the next WS 401, or do I have to issue a WS 501 and run an Inventory Wizard 190 to see the changes in HQ?

Work sheet request full item count also using wizard to perform reconciliation of items in case of if there is any descripancies between stores and hq

Yes. You must run WS 501/Task 190 routine to update store quantities at HQ.
