Clock out users from Production floor execution with exact time and date

Hi,

i have a case, when a users forgets to clock out from Production Floor Execution.

And the supervisor then manually adjust the clock out, via the Time and Attandance -> Manage registrations -> Clock out workers.

Is it possible to define the date and hour for which this clock out should happen, because this maybe needs to be done in the past?

Or should I correct this where you approve/calculate/transfer times?

Thank you in advance!

That means, that maybe he finished the production order and went to another work. And he forgots to clock out. We have the min. setup in TA as such PFE needs it. So the solution above should solve our issue.

    Thank you!

Yes, but that's just for the missing clock-out.

Does leaving at 11a.m. mean that he clocks out earlier than the shift or he takes a break?

You can use time and attendance registration:

    Hi Charlotte,

this could solve a part of the issue. One more question, what if the worker needs to be clock out in between.

    Let's say his/her shift is from 6am to 2pm.

But he leave at 11am, how can we do this? Because if I understand you correct, you can setup that the clock out would happen at 2pm, right?

    Thank you!

If an employee clocked out yesterday at three p.m. but he forgot, you run a batch job today, and then you want to record in the job when he clocked out yesterday, not the time the batch job runs now. Do I understand correctly?

Actually, the batch job adds a clock-out registration at the profile end time. The profile end time is the end of the work day according to the worker’s work time profile. For example, if a day profile is set up with an expected clock-in time at 07:00 and an expected clock-out time at 15:00, then 15:00 is the profile end time.

Or you can create clock-out registrations for a worker in the Calculate form.

    Hi Charlotte,

yeah regarding the batch job that's ok, but what if i want to tell the system that he was clocked out at for example 3pm yesterday.

If I run the job, the system will take today's date and time if I'm not wrong, and this is not the solution needed.

    Thank you!

    Hi DRR

Do you mean automatically adjust the time when an employee forgets to clock out?

If a worker forgets to clock-out at the end of their workday, the missing registration can be added by running a batch job.

The system will compare the clock-in time and the clock-out time according to the associated profile of the worker, and automatically insert the missing clock-out registration to match the profile’s end time.
