Forwarded emails not being shown in CRM queues

Hi Folks,

we are running CRM 2016 and we have an issue with our CRM Queues.

If we Forward user1@Domain.com to user2@domain.com on our Exchange Server  and the CRM email queue is configured  for user2@domain.com, the mails sent to user1@domain.com are not appearing in the Queue.

Any ideas?

Chris

    Hi Chris,

Can you please make sure that user2@domain.com appears in the recipient list (TO, CC) of your forwarded email?

If CRM does not see the email address, of the mailbox that it is monitoring as part of the recipient list, then it will not track it.

    This is by design.

    Hope this help

    Regards,

    Radu

    Thanks, Radu.

This is the case. I'm not sure if it is possible to fix this with Exchange :-)

    Hi Chris,

Maybe you can configure the rule on exchange and add ToRecipient.

    Please see technet.microsoft.com/.../bb123534(v=exchg.160).aspx
