Hi Team,

I am facing the following issue where the Bank Account Reconciliation functionality on the Sandbox and on the Production is different even if similar feature management is enabled. Thanks

01. Sandbox Environment

02. Production Environment

The customer does not wish to proceed with new functionality as available on production and wants to continue to the old "Bank Reco. Worksheet". Both the environment are same version and similar feature management is enabled. they are working in the US Region. Please advice for this. Thanks

I think its not possible because I can see your Production environment has latest update and feature, while Sandbox still waiting to be updated, once it updated you no longed would be access the old functionality.

Not sure what is the problem client is facing in New feature.

Thanks for the responding. Can you please tell if client wishes to use the old functionality i.e. Bank Recon. Worksheet, how we can achieve this on Production environment.

It has been made clear in Nitin's response that going back to the older version of bank rec is not possible. BC saas version of production database has to run the current version. The older version and current version should be the same in essence process wise but with just different in page layout. It just take some get used to for your customer.
