HoloLens 2 - Guides Search - On-screen Keyboard does not appear

Hi Everyone, I have a scenario where the keyboard is not popping up when I click "Search" inside of Guides app. 

Steps to reproduce: 
HoloLens 2 opens up Guides and then goes to "Show Main Menu" > "Show Work" > "All"
Under this menu, the user clicks the Search field to find Guides.
When user clicks "Search" the on-screen keyboard appears to input search string.
User then walks to another location and then says, "Show Main Menu" > "Show Work" > "All"
User clicks "Search" but the keyboard does not appear?

I was able to temporarily fix this issue by Restarting my device and Removing all Guides holograms from the Mixed Reality Home.

Has anyone else noticed an issue with the on-screen keyboard not appearing when they click "Search" in side of Guides? Or has anyone experienced issues with the Main Menu not appearing after flipping their hand? (I have been able to get past this by saying, "Show Main Menu" to force menu to come back to me, but the Keyboard inside of search was still invisible).

    Hi Hiag, thank you for providing the link! I read through the troubleshooting documentation, but could not find a topic related to this issue.

    To help provide more detail, I opened up a Feedback Hub request to replicate the issue and then attached a screenshot of the keyboard not appearing after clicking on the Search text field.

    Hello Raidennn,

    The HoloLens keyboard used inside Guides is provided by the operating system (a lot like how touch screen windows computers have a generic touch keyboard for use in tablet mode).  For this reason, it may be that you have an operating system update pending, or another external factor at play.

    If you restart your HoloLens using the system menu, or by long holding the power button until it says "goodbye" in the display, you may find that the keyboard performs as expected again.

    I'm sorry about the trouble you're experiencing, but thankful for your clear repro steps.  Please let us know if this problem persists.
