When looking for it, please take into account that there never was any product called Microsoft Dynamics Axapta. You've picked the tag AX 2009, therefore you probably meant Dynamics AX 2009. Nevertheless Dynamics AX 2009 is already nine years old and you can't buy it anymore, therefore you should look at the latest version, now known as Dynamics 365 for Operations.
