Hi,

We tried to post a sales invoice against a particular SO, We generated Picking List, here Qty available is 150 Nos.

In Picking List registration also Qty available is 150 Nos. While we post packing slip, Quantity update shows 100 Nos, where as it should also be 150 Nos only.

What is the reason for this, where we have to correct this?

Hi Sriram GS,

Has one of your warehouse workers changed the quantity down to 100 probably because he could only find 100 in inventory or the box/package for shipping could only cover 100?

Would recommend to approach the one who posted the packing slip and ask for details.

Hi,

Actually, the qty got changed automatically. There is no manual intervention for qty change
