Imbed youtube videos in records

Hi All, 

I recently start working with ADX Portals and I am trying to find a way to imbed youtube videos in CRM and if possible display them on ADX Portals. 

I understand it's actually one question here but two:

1. Can you imbed youtube videos on a record (e.g. KB Article)

2. Display that on ADX Portals 

If you ever tried that please let me know how to do it.

    Hi Pavlos,

    Yes, you can embed it in CRM, should be easy to do in ADX as well but I haven't done it.

    You need the URL of the video to show. If you go to YouTube, hit Share then Embed, you'll get a script like this:

    <iframe width="560" height="315" src="www.youtube.com/.../hajBdDM2qdg; frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    In CRM, you want to put an IFrame on your form, that's where the video will play. In the form load, you want to set the .src property of the IFrame to the src from the video (this part www.youtube.com/.../hajBdDM2qdg).

    If you want to show different videos depending on the record, you'd do the same thing except you'd have to store the specific URL on the form, or build some other way to get it for a specific record.
