Unable to enable Mailbox : ExchangeResponseError

Hi everyone ,
I have created a user and configured the mailbox, later I approved the mail box and when I test and enable , its failing with the below error
 
An unexpected error occurred while receiving email. Mailbox  didn't synchronize. The owner of the associated email server profile Microsoft Exchange Online has been notified.
Email Server Error Code: ExchangeResponseError

Did anyone Experienced this issue earlier? 
Please help in resolving this
