Filtering lookups on Marketing forms to remove inactive records

I have a lookup field on a Marketing form looking at Accounts (renamed to Organisations) - the lookup shows inactive and active records.

How can I prevent the lookup from showing the inactive accounts?

Thanks for sharing it! I also thought it was a bug at first.

This is confirmed as a product issue on the Marketing Form. The issue comes from the Marketing Form and CRM relevance search integration. When you type a key words in the ‘Organisation’ field on the Marketing Form.

Investigation underway and fix ETA unknown

No unfortunately this was just one example - a lot of inactive accounts are showing in the lookup!

    Hi Amey,

Would it be possible that there was a duplicate record of "Bank of Italy"?

    Hi Amey,

Right click on page -> View page source -> Take "form-loader" as keyword to search.

Thanks Clofy but the records have been deactivated for years - this is not a new record update!

How do I check my form-loader version?

    Hi,

Try to refresh marketing page and clear your browser cache then check whether inactive records would be unavailable.

In addition, my form-loader is 1.63.1039.0, my inactive records will not be listed after I deactivated them.

    Regards,

    Clofly
