send a specific group to the workflow

Hello,

Require; I'll set up a workflow on the inventory journals table in F&O however i want a certain group of users to work with the workflow, but the rest to be able to do everything without the workflow.

Is this possible with the system standard?

Hi Erdem Al

You can use participant as "User Group" in workflow and add security user group for approval.

Hi Edrem,

Workflow will be active for all the user only. It won't be inactive for specific users.

I think there is no standard functionality available to achieve this.

Hello,

I've tried this, but I think this is being used to approve the group workflow I created

however, I want to be able to submit this to the workflow of the group I created.

Workflow can't be controlled at user or user group level. Either its enabled for all users or its not.

In your case I would suggest to keep 2 different inventory journals, one with WF and one without workflow and Provide Private Group on both Journal, so only specific user can use that journal.
