Hi,

As per one of our requirement, we have to show territory of the respective bookable resources below the percentage info(highlighted in yellow) in the resource panel of the schedule board. Please suggest some ideas.

    Hi Rahul,

Maybe you can refer the following link to customize it:

Design and use views with the Schedule Board - Learn | Microsoft Docs

1.As the dispatcher hovers over a specific booking, a tooltip pop-out is displayed that provides high-level overview information about the booking.

The data in this tooltip is populated data from a Dynamics 365 view associated with the Bookable Resource Booking entity called Resource Booking Map Tooltips.

2.When the dispatcher selects the booking, the details pane is populated with a more detailed look into the booking.

The booking details presented is using a different Bookable Resource Booking entity view called Active Bookable Resource Bookings.

    Hi Leah,

    Thank you for the information.

I would like to showcase the territory details of individual users in the Resource pane. Tried editing the Resource Template but didn't find any luck. Let me know if you have any suggestions to achieve this.

    Thanks,

    Rahul

    Hi,

The Dynamics 365 Field Service schedule board provides an overview of resource availability and bookings you can make. Before you use the schedule board, set up the views and filters to your preference.
