Can't Update Dynamic Server V8.0.0 to V8.2.2

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello there!

I'm posting for ask for help about this topic.

I'll explain the case (from the start):

-I'm with problem of "White Notes" in Google Chrome and the solutions (Change css files value #0000 to #000 or #000000 don't work), there was somes User that said "You need Install Update 2.2, there was fixed this problem", but when I tried to install it...We discovered that my Dynamic vertion is V8.0.0  (in Microsoft Dynamic Crm 2016) so the steps was : (1) Install V8.2.0 (2) Now Install V8.2.2

Right now, when I installed the V8.2.0 and runing the setup for update, there was given a error "You machine don't have Dynamic Server 365", and it make me somes dudes:

1) There are a specific "steps" to update from V8.0.0 to V8.2.2?? Any can show me.

2) I've see that all "installs" were amd64 (there don't was release any I386) and "I know" that all my files must be I386 (I think because it's 32bits), So how I can do (1)?

3) How I can "find" If I've a Dynamic Server in this machine? (Because the msn said that)

Thanks
