Sales Order packing slip Not available

Hello,

I have an issue, can Not perform packing slip maybe due to 'attention' mark on overview.

Looks it comes from no line in Lines even there are lines in sales order details.

Please help me how I can proceed packing slip.

Hi Hideaki,

There are multiple ways to invoice an order:

1. Simplest is to just use option of "all" as suggested above. This will only work if there are no deduction requirements (packing slip posting). You just need to try to select "All" and post and system will tell you if you can do it or not.

2. If you have done packing slip already (shipped goods) and you only want to invoice those, then packing slip is right option. in your case, seems like packing slip is not done yet.

3. If you want to only invoice partial order, then use receive now quantity on the sales line, in the drop down above, use deliver now and give it a try.

Hi,

Have you already registered the items in inventory?

Can you try changing the parameter from 'packing slip' to 'all'? Does this make a difference?

Change the criteria from packing slip to All. The lines would be available for posting.
