SQL Database accounts required for Dynamics users?

Is a SQL account required for each Dynamics user?  In other words, is a SQL account automatically created when creating a Dynamics users?  If a user's SQL account was deleted, would the Dynamics ID still function properly?

 Thanks!

You didn't say what version of SL but none of the current or prior versions requrie the user to have an SQL account.  If you are on 7.0 and using windows authentication then when you setup the end user in SL it will create a login in SQL for the users windows (active directory) account and grant that account the necessary access in SQL, but you should not have to create a SQL account for the user.

If you ARE using windows authentication in SL and someone manually removes access from users Windows account to the Dynamcis, db then the user's Dynamics login will NOT function.
