How to generate chart model from audit data?

Hello,

I want to show chart like below image for Account (and Account audit) data:

(Above chart is basically from TFS showing Cumulative flow based on work item using history data.)

I want to generate similar chart with Account and it's History(Account audit) data. For e.g I want to show Number of account time wise. Could any one suggest me some idea to prepare model for chart?

You cannot create charts directly on CRM audit data. There are 3 main alternatives:

(On Premise only). You could query the audit data directly from the CRM tables (but would need to assign SQL permission, and this would bypass any CRM permission), though this will need some parsing

You could export the audit data into a separate database, parse as appropriate, and create charts on that (e.g. with PowerBI)

You could create workflows or plugins that fire on changes to the account data, and write these to a separate entity, then create charts based on that. However, this could have adverse performance or storage implications
