Unable to modify access rights for some modules?

I6445.not-greyed-out.PNG"Bank Reconciliation report #20.630.00" but when I click on that object all the check boxes to give access rights are greyed out??? I am logged in as SYSADMIN and if I go to an object whos "type" is marked as "screen" I can modify the access right but all objects whos "type" are labeled as "report" I am unable to modify the access rights. Can anyone explain to me what I need to do to modify access rights to objects within Dynamics SL v7.0 whos type is report?

The check boxes are greyed out and the type is labeled as report.

Here you can see the check boxes are not greyed out and the type is labeled as screen.

    Hi Derek,

Please see KB article 895218.  We had issues where users wanted to run the report and were not able to enter the date range on the subscreen in order to run the report.  It was suggested to go into Screen Maintenance, change the 20630 report to a screen, assign the rights, and change it back to report.  So if you want to remove the rights, change it back to a screen in Screen Maintenance, and alter the rights.  Then change it back to a report.

Let me know if that works.

I get what your saying and I thought that to at first but we have 3 accounts, 2 of them can't do what they need to in regards to the Bank Reconciliation report but one can... when I look at the right s associated with the user who can here is what I see...

If you look at this screen shot you see this user has the boxes checked with all rights, and this is the one user who says they can perform the functions she needs to with this report. However this is also greyed out, so if I actually wanted to take away this users rights in regards to this report I couldn't... I don't know why I can't modify rights for any anything whos type is called report, it just greyed out. *sigh*

Thanks for responding though, I was starting to wonder if anyone even read these forums...

An object of type report only has the possibility of having View rights.  There are no "update, insert delete, init" rights that are able to be granted to a report.  From the screenshot, it appears the user has view rights to the report so they should be able to run it.
