CRM CE on prem V9.1.2.2 Edit email templates

Morning dears,

Currently, I'm encountering an issue while editing the email templates, as I can not insert any image and am too limited to use the latest UI
For your support, if there is somebody working on this version,n and I'm asking as well if we upgraded to the latest on-prem version, will this be fixed

Upgrade to the Latest On-Premises Version

If you upgrade to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) version 9.1, you will see improvements in the platform and form performance.

However, the modern email designer is only available in Dynamics 365 Online (Cloud). It is not part of any on-premises release as of now.

Workaround – Use Custom HTML

You can insert images by embedding image URLs manually in HTML:

<img src="https://yourdomain.com/image.jpg" alt="Your Image" />

Host your images on a public CDN or SharePoint with anonymous access enabled.

Consider Moving to Dynamics 365 Online

To use the modern drag-and-drop email designer, enhanced UI, and real-time editing:

Migration to Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys (Cloud) is required.

The modern designer is not backported to on-prem versions.

Editing email templates in CRM CE on-prem v9.1.2.2 has known limitations, including restricted image insertion and older UI features. Upgrading to the latest on-prem version will improve the email editor with better UI and enhanced capabilities, including easier image handling.
