Marketing dynamics for customer portal activities

Hello, 

We are having a customer portal where my customer is able to sign-in and manage their account, 

I like to add customers to the Marketing segment based on the activities they are making in the portal and I was wondering if we can access this data in a Marketing application.

    Hi Elly,

    Here is the documentation about dynamic segment with behavior block, which you can refer to:

    This type of segment can filter the contacts according to their interactions. You can set the portal as a Redirect URL or a website in Dynamics 365 Marketing. However, it can only track the clicks and visits.

    More interactions cannot be tracked by segment currently.

     

    Of course, if the contacts have managed their related data in the portal, you can also use the dynamic segment with query block. It allows to filter the contacts according to the value of Contact entity and the related entities. Design dynamic demographic or firmographic segments (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
