It depends. You have an option in distribution modules to change accounts based on the account you have identified in the Segment Id for Sites field on Inventory Control Setup window. This does not work this way throughout the system. I think there are several advanced distribution ISV modules that will aid in the selection of the appropriate Posting Account.
