Maybe using a Group Policy on Active Directory?

Simon,
You can export the registry settings from a good machine via Regedit and then install them through Group Policy. All the target machines will have to be in their own OU(s) or the settings will install on unintended machines in your domain. But that's not a big deal. You might also have to convert the dot reg file to a dot MSI file in order to get the job done. Tinker around and bit with the dot reg first though as that'll save some steps.
