I have experienced this at a few different companies. In GP 10.0, sometimes when you log in, the Navigation Pane on the left is just missing. The only thing I do is go up to the top right, click layout, click navigation pane to uncheck it (it is already checked), then go back and check it again and it comes back. Has anyone else seen this behavior or found a fix?

I have also experienced it. It seems like if I log all the way into GP as the sa then it fixes the issue, but I'm not sure why you would need to do that.
