change values for subject entity in crm

Hi, I would like to use subjects for Cases. I search both the subject entity and the case entity to see if there is anywhere i can edit the option set, but I cannot seem to find it. Can someone help me please?

Hi Debster, thanks for reaching out.

On the Case entity subject field is a lookup not an option set. Subjects are administrated through the Settings > Service Management. This provided hierarchy relationships between cases to track trends and report.

If you are just looking for a simple way categorize cases you could create your own subject option set. I would recommend using the subjects from service management. Below is a link with some more details. Have a great day!
