In Settings > Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, is it possible to enable/disable programmatically the checkbox for the "Automatically add the app to Outlook" regarding the "Add for Eligible Users"? (screenshot below).

Thanks for your help but yes i've already read that article but unfortunately, it doesn't help. I need to check this checkbox programmatically like we do with Organization settings :/.

but there is not any supported way to check "Automatically add the app to Outlook" checkbox.
