How can we activate Item serial number tracking in GP2010 for items already in stock

    The cleanest way I can think of would be to remove the items from stock, activate serial tracking for the item, then re-import the item quantities in with correct serial numbers.  You'll want to ensure you pay attention to original receipt layers, cost, location, etc.
