I just upgraded a register to Win7 and it produces the error message "Validation Error 326 EDC verification is not enabled in Administrator." I haven't been able to replicate the user's error message, but here's what I have found.
System is using a keyboard with a card reader embedded in it. The reader populates the card number field properly, but not the expiration date or CVV. My guess is it needs a CR or tab stop to advance to the next field so it can drop the appropriate information into the right place.
Scanning the card in Notepad, I can see the CC number and expiration date. Both are on the same line followed by question marks on additional lines.
Anyone have suggestions on where to check, configure, and tinker?

You have a Tender that you have set to use EDC, but haven't turned EDC on in Administrator | File | Configuration | EDC tab and filled in the info.
