Hi,
If you are using the trial version, you will get the following alert at the top of the Dynamics CRM screen.
Your Dynamics CRM Trial will expire in X days.
See the screenshot below.

if you are using a trial version of CRM dynamics 2016 , you will be getting a notification mentioning how may days your CRM version will exist.
In case of Dynamics 365 ,
You can view and upgrade a license by using the Get-CrmAccessLicense and Set-CrmProductKeyWindows PowerShell commands or in Deployment Manager. Deployment Manager is a Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in that system administrators can use to manage organizations, servers, and licenses for deployments of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
