Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Extended price was reset as 0 when tab key is pressed on sales quote entry window from GP web client 2016.

On Sales transaction entry window, when you enter new line of items  for one sales quote, after you enter quantity and unit price then press tab key to extended price field, GP shows calculated extended price correctly, then you press tab key again, it starts a new line but it clears extended price as 0 from above line. when you put mouse focus on unit price back to above line, it clears unit price as 0. then you enter unit price again, this time correctly calculated extended price stays. 

Anybody got similar issue? How to resolve it?

    Hi

    Never seen that before.  Is the window modified in any way?  To tell, you would be looking for a full stop either before or after the window name in the top pane of the window.

    It is not modified form. It only happened on web client and does not happen on terminal users.

    We just tested again this morning on web client (by using IE and Chrome). After screen resets as 0.00 on extended price field, if you do not create new line just save sales quote, correct extended price will be saved. But if you put mouse focus back to extended price field, it will reset Unit Price field as 0 too.
