Business Rules on Quick Create Forms?

Hi, I need to replicate or extend a Business Rule that we have on one of our Contact main Forms, on the Contact Quick Create Form as well.  However, when I open the Quick Create Form to customise it, the Business Rules icon is not present in the developer ribbon.  If I go via the route of creating a new Business Rule on the Contact Entity, or trying to amend the existing Business Rule, the Scope lists only the Main forms, and no Quick Create Forms.  My assumption would be that Business Rules are not functional for Quick Create form types, but every support article and customisation guide states that you can do this (e.g. the one linked below).  Does anyone know how?!  Note, I do not want to enable the Business Rule for all forms as we have others in use that do not require this rule.  Thank you!

    Hi Jennifer,

Unfortunately, business rules are not available on the quick create form, we have to use Javascript.

Please refer to my answer in this thread to know how to add Javascript events to quick create form.

Hi, I've got a similar issue where we have a new business rule we'd like to apply to one specific quick create form (being deployed in the Outlook App). I can see that business rules applied to all forms do work on a quick create form (again, even in the Outlook App) but can only be applied to All forms or an individual main form. Did you find a non-JS solution for this, Jennifer?

I found your questions when I was wondering about the same thing, and read the answer from Lu that this was not possible on Quick Create forms. I found that enabling the Business Rule on all forms applies the rule for the Quick Create form, but what is important is that all fields in the rule must be on the form, otherwise it won't apply.
