GP8.0, windows 2003 server, sqlserver 2000.
Could you please help us in resolving this issue, we are having performance issue while pulling the aging reports from citrix server, if we pull the same report from prod server its resulting in less time.
So, is this the issue with citrix server to DB server(GP and DB both are in same server)???, or it might be with network issue??, we checked with all the teams network and citrix team, but they said no issues while ping..
We have the main custom dictionary in shared path for citrix users, is this may causing the issue??, we are getting very slow response through citrix, if we pull from prod server its coming in less time.. , these reports we are getting to PDF's.
Could you please anyone assist on this, from Microsoft also..
