Hello All,

On GP 10 Manufacturing Labor Code Definition window we use to have the selection button to select Fixed Overhead as a Percent or Amount.  However this is disappearing  on GP 2013.  Have anyone had this issue and how did it got fixed.  Please share your suggestions.

Thanks,

Babu

Open Alternate/Modified Forms and Report window(Tools-->Setup-->System-->Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports) to check whether the window is modified or not. If modified, then choose standard window and check again.

    Hope this helps!!!

    Hi Soma,

Thanks for your reply.  But Manufacturing has series 3rd Party doesn't list any modified windows.  All it has is modified reports for sales on GP 10.  But in GP 2013 that also not listed.  So wondering whether anything else required to get back this.

    Thanks,

    Babu

    Hi Babu,

This is due to irregular tab sequence set for the Labor Code Definition window for the radio group which used to display earlier to GP 2013. I see there are 4 radio button groups in total for this window which got invisible because of improper Tab sequence order.

May be the development team missed this. However you can modify this Window to set the tab sequence for all the radio groups which you are not able to see. After your tab sequence changes you can save the window and do select this window as Soma mentioned.

However to set tab sequence for a radio group will be bit tricky for a first timer and recommend you take a Dev. assistance to do this.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Naga,

Thanks for confirming it.  I think this is the 2nd bug I am finding it on GP 2013.

    Thanks,

    Babu

    Hi Soma,

on GP 2013 in terminal server if you have region setting as DD/MM/YYYY and wanted to print Purchasing-Transactions-Print Purchasing Documents and give a range of POs. Either it can be new or previously printed POs.  Its just wont print at all.  The only way to work around is change the date format of terminal to MM/DD/YYYY by going to region and language and change to English USA.

    Thanks,

    babu

    Babu,

There is already an hotfix released for this post GP2013 SP2. The root cause of the issue is documented in the below post by David Musgrave, just in case if any Dev wants to know.
