How to deactivate Discounts

How do i enable a button that allows me to deactivate discounts. (see screenshot of where discount is displayed)

Similar to how products works there is a deactivate button to disable products to be used.

    Hi,

    Meanwhile can you please validate whether you have Create/update permission of this entity? If issue still exist please take help from your implementation partner for investigation Ribbon Workbench and Code if any.

    I am not sure if we are using workbench how do i find out?

    Our crm system was build by our gold partner supplier so i don't have access to full admin functionality only some parts.

    How can i enable the button?

    Hi There,

    Either you are using out of the box Discount list entity or created a new custom entity, in both scenario you should have Deactivate button available.

    It might be hidden in the ribbon. Can you please check is there any ribbon workbench customization is done or this button is enable/disable for any specific security role ?

    Is it a Custom entity? I am getting deactivate option for Discount List.

    You can add this button with the Ribbon Workbench for Dynamics 365 & Dynamics CRM.
