However, I am still facing an issue similar to the one reported by Juliof and Katrina S.
Let me describe the current scenario:
I have two companies set up, one in Brazil (using a partner's localization) and another in Canada (with Microsoft's localization). The Intercompany settings are configured for manual sending and receiving in both companies. My goal is to ensure that documents are correctly directed to the respective inboxes of each company.
Currently, the sales and purchase documents generated in the Brazilian company are correctly received in the Canadian company's inbox. However, the documents generated in Canada are not being received in the Brazilian company's inbox.
Has anyone made progress on resolving this issue? Or will it be necessary to open a Service Request (SR) with Microsoft?
