Intercompany transaction between environment not working

Hi, I setup intercompany transactions between two environments using External setup and I was able to create each trading partners and connected successfully. However, when I send transactions (Interco General Journals, Sales Orders, POs) I see them in Handled Intercompany Outbox transactions page but nothing gets received in the other company.
 
Note: I had been using intercompany transactions between different companies in this environment without any issues. 
 
Has anyone tried the external intercompany setup, run into any issues or processed intercompany transactions between two BC environments sucessfully?

    Hi All,
     
    I had exactly the same problem In company A I had created the sales order, send it to receiving company B. However it was nowhere to be found in company B. 
     
    The problem was that in sandbox job queue wasn't runing automatically. So I had to use the option: "run once" the job queue in receiving company to get the document. 
     
     
    Also, if you are delegated user, then the job queue entry won't be created. You must then get it done by somone else , preferably an accountant.

    First of all, I would like to thank Jun Wang and Yun Zhu for the shared tips and inform you that I followed all the steps described in the provided links. Thank you very much for the guidance!

    However, I am still facing an issue similar to the one reported by Juliof and Katrina S.

    Let me describe the current scenario:
    I have two companies set up, one in Brazil (using a partner's localization) and another in Canada (with Microsoft's localization). The Intercompany settings are configured for manual sending and receiving in both companies. My goal is to ensure that documents are correctly directed to the respective inboxes of each company.

    Currently, the sales and purchase documents generated in the Brazilian company are correctly received in the Canadian company's inbox. However, the documents generated in Canada are not being received in the Brazilian company's inbox.

    Has anyone made progress on resolving this issue? Or will it be necessary to open a Service Request (SR) with Microsoft?

    did you check if the receive related setup is done properly, such as auto receive or manual?

    If you don't have any customizations, it is recommended that you submit an SR to Microsoft and let them help investigate the issue. This may be a standard issue.
     
    Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    Hi Yun - our intercompany setup is the same as the consolidation setup using an external environment.  And our consolidation setup works. However, when we send the SO, the other side doesn’t show the creation of the PO.  It shows the SO as a handled transaction but we cannot find it on the other side. 
     
    Any hints will be appreciated!
