missing labels

.ald labels files were imported using user layer and missing labels issue was resolved the labels are missed again  although the files still exist. What is the possible reasons for such problem ?

    Hi Maram

    I think you are talking about AX 2012.

    As per my understanding, try to :

    1- Stop AOS and delete the *.ali files on application folder ( i.e. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\MicrosoftDynamicsAX\bin\Application\Appl\Standard ). Start AOS

    2- If step 1 don't fixed the problem Stop AOS, delete all labels ( *.ald, *.alc, *.ali ) and start AOS again.During AOS startup, the labels are retrieved again from the Model Database.

    Sometimes, the index label files are corrupted.
